Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

1. Who we are

Axonscape Tech, India (“Axonscape”, “we”) decides how and why the personal data described here is used, so under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary. This policy covers axonscape.com and buying our products. Each product (such as Launchpad) also has its own privacy policy for the data inside it.

2. What we collect

  • Early-access requests: your email address, anything you write in the form, and when you signed up. To keep bots out, the form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which sees your IP address and signals from your browser.
  • Purchases: your name, email, billing details, the plan bought and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are collected by our payment gateway partner, not by us.
  • Messages: whatever you send us by email.
  • Visits: anonymous page-view counts (Vercel Web Analytics uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you); Google Analytics, which records the pages you visit, the link or ad that brought you, your approximate location and device, and whether you asked for early access, using its own cookies (for visitors in the EU, the UK and Switzerland it sets no analytics cookies); and standard request data such as IP address, which our host processes to serve and protect the site.

We don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t sell or rent your data.

3. Why we use it

  • To give you early access and the plans you buy, and to send receipts and service messages.
  • To take payments, issue refunds, keep tax and accounting records, and prevent fraud.
  • To answer your questions and complaints.
  • To understand how people find and use the site, and which campaigns bring sign-ups.

We rely on your consent (which you can withdraw) and, for purchases, on the need to provide what you bought and to meet legal obligations.

4. Who processes it for us

  • Our payment gateway partner (India): payments and refunds.
  • Vercel (USA): hosting this website, and the anonymous page-view counts.
  • Google (USA): Google Analytics, to see how visitors find the site and which campaigns bring sign-ups. Advertising features are off.
  • Supabase (USA): the database early-access requests are stored in.
  • Resend (USA): sending the email that confirms an early-access request, and telling our team about it.
  • Cloudflare (USA): Turnstile, the bot check on the early-access form.
  • Slack (USA): a message to our team for each early-access request, with your email and what you wrote.
  • Zoho (India): our inbox, for email you send us and our replies.

They process data only on our instructions. Some are outside India; we use them under contracts that protect your data.

5. How long we keep it

  • Early-access requests: until early access ends or you ask us to delete them.
  • Purchase and payment records: 8 years, as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
  • Emails: as long as needed to deal with them, then up to 2 years.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, update or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, have your grievances addressed, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Email hello@axonscape.com from the address we have for you; we reply within 30 days.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), access is limited to people who need it, and we never store card details.

8. Grievance Officer

Email our Grievance Officer at hello@axonscape.com (subject “Privacy grievance”). We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month. If you’re not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Changes

We’ll post changes here with a new date, and tell you by email about material changes affecting data you’ve given us.
